FAQ
How does payment work?
You pay when you place the order — checkout runs through Stripe with any major card. Your batch isn't reserved until payment goes through.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is in San Clemente. Once your order goes through, you'll get an email with the exact pickup address.
Do you list allergens?
May contain nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten.
What if I miss my pickup window?
Missed pickups are non-refundable — if you can't make it, unfortunately we're unable to issue a refund or hold your cookies.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Because ingredients are purchased in advance for each week's batch, we're unable to offer refunds.
